Access Services
The Network180 Access Center is the first step in receiving help. Our Access Center operates 24/7 including holidays for Crisis Services.
The professionals who answer our Access Line are available 24/7 to respond to your calls for information, services, or crisis-related needs. The person answering the phone is trained in active listening and can provide community resources, empathic listening, or get you connected with an Access Clinician. When you contact Network 180 for services, your first contact will be the Access Line. They will assist you with the next steps.
Our Access Center Clinicians perform intake, assessment, evaluation and screening for services directly delivered through Network180, as well as several community partners, for adults, youth and families seeking services for Mental Health, Substance Use and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities. These appointments take place during business hours (Weekdays 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.). It is important to call (616) 336-3909 in advance for these services. Sometimes evaluation for Mental Health or Substance Use services can be done on a same day or walk-in basis, but if not, you will be scheduled for an appointment.
